How can I find out about new workshops?

To get advance notice of workshops, subscribe to our email list and follow us on Instagram and Facebook.  Workshops are offered once a month.

Are supplies included with registration?

Easels, tables and chairs are provided. Please bring the rest of the supplies you need, as indicated by the instructor.  Instructors will email you a supply list prior to the workshop with ample time to purchase supplies.

Can I ship my supplies to the gallery before the workshop starts?

Yes. You are welcome to have your supplies delivered up to two weeks before the workshop begins.

What happens if a workshop is cancelled by Woodward Contemporary?

If a workshop is canceled, you will receive a full refund. However, we are not responsible for any personal travel arrangements. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover any potential travel losses.

I noticed a Wix processing fee on my bank statement.  What is your fee structure?

Wix Events Fee:
Wix (our secure website hosting platform) charges a 2.5% ticket service fee when using their event platform for ticket sales. This fee is applied to each ticket sold. 
Credit Card Processing Fees:
When customers pay with a credit card, Wix's payment processor charges standard processing fees. These fees typically range from 2.9% plus a flat fee per transaction (e.g., $0.30). 
Separation of Fees:
The 2.5% ticket service fee and the credit card processing fees are distinct and not overlapping. The ticket service fee is for using the Wix platform, while the payment processing fees are charged by the third-party payment processor.

Note:  In the case of a customer-initiated, unwarranted credit card dispute, the customer is responsible for any/all dispute processing fees which will be applied to the customer's next invoice.

Are Art Talk tickets refundable?
