1-Month Short-Term Rental Locker rental payment is completed exclusively online at woodwardcontemporary.com/locker-rental(woodwardcontemporary.com/locker-rental) Credit card and PayPal fees apply. Long-Term Rental Subscription • Your rental subscription is auto-renewed. • You will be charged $50 on the 1st of each month using the payment method on file. • Credit card and PayPal fees apply. Cancelling Your Long-Term Rental Subscription • To cancel your subscription, email gallery@woodwardcontemporary.com or call 619-310-6716. • A 2 week notice is required for cancellation. Refunds • No refunds will be provided for locker rentals.

Locker rental payments are due on the 1st of the month. If paid after the 5th, a late charge of $10 will be incurred.

Lockers not paid within 20 days will be emptied, and the contents will be held for pickup. When you come to retrieve your items, please return your keys. Any items not picked up within 30 days will be donated.

• Wix Events Fee: Wix (our secure website hosting platform) charges a 2.5% ticket service fee when using their event platform for ticket sales. This fee is applied to each ticket sold. • Credit Card Processing Fees: When customers pay with a credit card, Wix's payment processor charges standard processing fees. These fees typically range from 2.9% plus a flat fee per transaction (e.g., $0.30). • Separation of Fees: The 2.5% ticket service fee and the credit card processing fees are distinct and not overlapping. The ticket service fee is for using the Wix platform, while the payment processing fees are charged by the third-party payment processor. Note: In the case of a customer-initiated, unwarranted credit card dispute, the customer is responsible for any/all dispute processing fees which will be applied to the customer's next invoice.
